1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

Use of the bintang44 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:

- Not previously listed as a suspended or banned user by bintang44.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on bintang44. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and account login details. bintang44 will never request your password via email, phone, or any unofficial communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is considered your own, unless you immediately report unauthorised access to us.
User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the bintang44 platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any activity that could compromise the integrity of the platform or other users. Any attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the platform's systems is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Payments, Transactions and Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the bintang44 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and registered in their own name. bintang44 does not accept third-party deposits.
Accepted Payment Methods
The platform accepts deposits via valid local payment methods including FPX, TNG e-Wallet, and DuitNow QR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits for each payment method will be displayed during the deposit process. These limits are subject to change at bintang44's sole discretion without prior notice.
Transaction Verification
All withdrawal requests may be subject to standard identity verification before approval. This includes submitting valid identification documents when requested. bintang44 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraudulent activity or that conflicts with these terms. Any fees or charges imposed by banks or payment providers are the user's responsibility.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to a user's account, bintang44 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. Users are not entitled to claim any gains arising from an obvious technical error.
4. Account Policies — Suspension, Closure and Liability Limits

Bintang44 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if the user is found to have breached any of the terms set out in this document. Grounds that may lead to such action include:
- Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity, collusion, or match manipulation.
- Owning or operating more than one account.
- Violating applicable local laws in Malaysia.
- Abusing platform promotions or bonuses.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, bintang44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account once the investigation has been completed.
Platform Liability Limit
Bintang44 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses suffered by users as a result of service interruptions, technical errors, processing delays, or any factors beyond the platform's control. This platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and bintang44 makes no ongoing guarantees regarding service availability or accuracy. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
